There are many assumptions that slimming teas are really effective in losing unwanted fats to have the figure you always dreamed of. Others are assessing that slimming teas are all falsehoods, they are just an antioxidant and supplement that have certain vitamins, which may not necessarily contribute to losing weight.

Most slimming teas usually increase the rate of metabolism by 12% especially if you are taking it regularly. But specialists are not encouraging everyone to consume more than what is recommended for a particular slimming tea since it will somehow give you health risks and side effects that will run permanently. You may suffer from intestinal infections due to the thinning of its wall, electrolyte imbalances, dehydration and even constipation. Using laxative profusely will weaken and soften your bones that may lead to grave bone problem called Osteomalacia.

When taking slimming products, make sure the ingredients don’t rely on you experiencing a laxative effect.  Instead you should look at other teas such as Green, Oolong, Puerh and Yerba Mate.  Bearing in mind, just because there’s info out there telling you how to lose weight without dieting or exercise, doesn’t mean to say it’s 100% true.
